We have some good ones here, and although the rehab wouldn't be as cheap as managing it yourself if wouldn't be full retail price either.

To address this, the lease will clearly state that any credit will be returned at the end of the lease term.

We would love to work together with a organization that sells the property and has services like rehab network, financing, property management.
