I live in and mostly invest in the Fishtown area but thats because I know my renter and know this area more than most.

This could be an opportunity to share what you've learned.

This way the partner is getting paid more precisely for what they contribute.

So, keep in mind this tax deduction is basically like getting a discount on the purchase. 

I was strongly considering joining before I read this, now I am going to go the hard route, but probably best to just stay active on here and go the extra effort to network with accomplished developers in my area.

Let me know how it works out with them, wondering if they are a reliable source.
