I'm a real estate professional and she's a high income earner, so together, we're able to take advantage of some great tax strategies through real estate.

They sound like regular conversations where the RE professional/investor is genuinely interested in discovering the seller's pain points to help find a solution.All the best!

Well you received reply's from the top heavy hitters in the passive game here on BP.choosing wisely is key as noted.. real estate debt can be a great spot for the busy professional.
