What if the beginning sounded more like real life:After sacrificing and doing without for years, managing my budget and credit and prioritizing learning over showing off,  I finally saved enough for a down payment. 

You need to prioritize what is important, create a plan/schedule and stick to it.

Then I would prioritize those for low-ball offers. 

One of the things I’m trying to do better is to prioritize my action items in the limited amount of time I have for real estate.

I also love watches but would be content driving a used Hyundai the rest of my life..it's just about prioritizing.

Been wanting to renovate that and turn it into a sunroom, but prioritized other renovations first (only have so much time and energy when working a full time job and doing a live in DIY house hack).

They will be your eyes and ears down there so don't skimp on paying them a premium to make sure they prioritize your property

I am not saying don't do your due diligence and not to look at macro metrics, but similarly to prioritize a solid team and a nice end product for tenants.
