@Dusin Gordon if you haven't already, the Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller is really good.

If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend reading Gary Keller's The Millionaire Agent and The Millionaire Investor. 

If you haven't already, read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Roberty Kiyosaki and Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller.

Yes, there are success stories of the million dollar real estate agents (Gary Keller ;) ) but the money isn't my motivator.

However, being tied to the real estate industry the last 7 years from my past job and now investing, I read the Gary Keller books a lot and got a lot from those.

I wouldn't recommend running to your local Keller-Williams or Berkshire Hathaway!
