Is this calculation for labor, then you add supplies too?

It's like the head gasket on a car engine, the part is cheap, but the labor to disassemble everything and re-assemble is intensive. 

I do understand that most businesses are having trouble with labor these days but I shouldn't have to pay thousands of dollars because of my PMs problems. 

Doors, sinks, labor, appliances, cabinets, countertops.There is nothing on here that will help you right now, it's just a way to get into analysis paralysis and not out into the field.What are you trying to accomplish with this?

Then I pay her $35 for any manual labor like cleaning, leaf/yard clean up, painting, any easy household repairs that she is able to do. 

Whenever they purchase or make payments to labor, they input it into a Google Sheet.

I also always worked in construction in some shape or form (i grew up in it) and frankly I just love doing the physical labor.
