There is a window in the basement that is broken and I believe this is the cause to the mold problem with all the snow and rain we have been getting in the area. 

Barring a major problem, figure 2-3 days to turn the average place around if no problems, a week tops if you're super busy.Obviously, you shouldn't start listing or showing if anything big needs to get done, but once the grass is mowed, snow shoveled, lightbulbs replaced, carpet vacuumed, I'd think you could certainly show it.

And as far as the pot smell, even if this gentleman was smoking incessantly in the unit, the smell would disappear in a matter of hours after he left and stop smoking.

Since i live in my 4 unit i do all the landscaping and snow shoveling myself.I will be out of town for two weeks at the end of March and with the way the weather is going we might still have snow around then.

The governing documents (bylaws) which, the management company is claiming is why it was denied, state:Limited LiabilityThe association shall not be liable for any failure of water supply or other services to be obtain by the association or paid for as a common expense or for injury or damage to person or  property caused by elements or resulting from electricity, water, snow or ice which may leak or flow from any portion of the Common Elements.... it goes on

I live just 12 minutes north of Boston and we barely have any snow. 

When I read this post the other day I was thinking man everyone is overreacting to this snow.....now Im not so sure lol.

Absolutley Dave , just walked in door after wading thru the snow on my snoshoes and dreams of palm trees and warm ocean breezes somehow came wafting thru the house.
