Some parts of 48207 have crossed however, people are loading up on 48207 for the "Village" Spillover (Indian and West Village) or the newly branded "North Village".

This is owed to a number of reasons, but it mostly boils down to a 50-year endless demand to live in the area due to brilliant schools, virtually-nonexistent crime, great weather, and very high quality of life.The description I just gave you applies mostly to the more-expensive Conejo Valley area which comprises of Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills and Oak Park.

There will be an athletes village complete with running gear store, food trucks, Mem-Pops, plus goodie bags and great music.

Daria,  I'm not sure if your mother's desire is to remain in Paterson, but if it is, the new senior complex (Freedom Village) at 69 Straight St looks very nice and the builders seem to have put in some nice features, the website states apartments start at $1100. 

How this is managed depends first on where you are, because within Milwaukee Metro every municipality (town, village, city) will manage this a little bit differently.

As far as adding fire sprinkler to residential properties...i think that only applies to a couple smaller jurisdictions within Houston city limits (Spring Branch, Hedwig Village, Bellaire, etc.).
