Attended the Entrust conference in Las Vegas.

Does anyone have a suggestion of a property management company for a multi-family property located in Paris Illinois (about 20 miles NW of Terre Haute, Indiana)?

Thought I'd jump right in and ask all the dumb n00b questions. First though, I'll give some background.

My wife and I live in Bethlehem, PA, about 80 miles west of New York City and 50 miles north of Philly. Our city...

We're located in the Bay Area and we'll buy fixers in eastern Contra Costa where has been serious drops in prices because we know the area.

I do not know how successful an agent is if they show up... but the companies realize the agent spent about 1000 to get there and that they are serious....Some of the confrences offer great classes and networking opportunities...check out: REOMAC, FIVESTAR CONFERENCE, MBA

I was out in Wheaties neighborhood yesterday (Broomfield) for the NRBA conference...

They're great and my only problem is that you cannot record conference calls, which is silly considering it's all digital VOIP happening anyhow.

A business office where you have a virtual office and can rent conference space as and when it is needed normally has a smaller client base who can get to know you.

The property bubble is bursting loudly here as well, however I do believe Eastern Europe has some way to go as the local credit markets are nowhere near UK/US.

I take a lot of hrat about being from NC when I go to some of the default conferences.... so it is a little toungue in cheek!
