Called 2 today:1 had a long voicemail with instructions, I listened to the whole thing and was going to leave a message like recommended in here....mailbox full  (note: I saw 9 of these signs today so they are recent)the other was disconnected hah

@Ned Carey   I do believe there is a big disconnect between market vis a vi west coast and mid west and the bigger east coast and rust belt towns.One you will see little trading of RE that is not on the MLS..

I found that most of the phone numbers were disconnected or no longer valid.

Numbers are disconnected or an old number the person may have had 5+ years ago.

The city has the right the come check on them anytime and if connected, they must be disconnected.
