Once an investor has compiled a criteria list for me, I as a realtor, am looking for the investor who can pay cash, not run me around ragged, perhaps do drive-bys to weed out some properties, give me valid proof of funds ( not a hard money pre-qual) that I can document and send to the bank, and close quickly without hassles.
