I would think that if the 92% success rate was indeed true someone, somewhere, somehow would have boasted, bragged, and willingly posted something.

Maybe go bet on Red at the casino...least you go better odds at making money

I take the other side of the gamblers bet so I'm more like a casino.

I personally have seen a number of investors boasting about this on social media.

these deals can take forever and a day.I own a 4 acre tract right across the street from the largest Indian casino in Northern CA  ( Graton Casino Rohnert Park)  have owned it since 1994.... there is 50 acres of prime development ground and 11 owners... when I went to a stakeholder meeting with the city.. it was evident that the majority were moms and pops that had NO CLUE about development and one would they think there land is good for this use.. ( which is not even remotely possible given the zone )  you have to fight these things... then one see a listing for dirt somewhere else maybe its a prime 1 acre corner commercial listed at 1 million.. they have 7 acres and jump right to the idea that their piece is worth 7 million...its this type of mindset that is dog tough in these situations..

I haven't been to Tucson in a couple of years but when I was there it seemed to me to be a dingy town although I only drove to Casino Del Sol so I didn't drive around (didn't know what places were safe or not).

what do you think will happen in the local market once the new Casino is built in Everett?  

I go into other parts of joliet for the casino and good burritos.

But I blame the Real Wealth Network as well, as they are the broker who boast that they only work with selected (and thoroughly vetted) turnkey providers whose operations on site they have inspected.

Have you found it's important to be close to grocery stores or are renters still happy to rent outside the city and making a trip to the grocery store / casino.
