There can be a huge chain of events that unfold when rehab costs are not understood from the beginning. 

I just get this vision of some of the BALT HUDS I have seen with this big daisy chain of wholesalers making 500  1000  2k etc.. and what a fun time you would have if they all show up and want to be paid.. 

I like high interest online savings accounts better than the measly interest offered in local branches, but the online savings accounts I like don't offer checking accounts.

Is it their main branch or a ancillary location?

You also have to weed out daisy chain wholesalers and the new investor who believed the hype on the TV flip shows and seminars.

I'd recommend the following:-Send a text to all 5 of the tenants on one text chain and try and set up a conference call.
