@Alyson Gordon we were originally looking at LTR for the decreased involvement and not needing to furnish a place (and some HOAs are LTR only), but I had not considered corporate housing before; from some brief research looks like this is likely a furnish-required.

If you are trying to convert a property under and hoa into an str, your job gets even more complicated as the HOA itself may have its own regulations IF it even accepts it at all.caution: STR market is over saturated in these parts and some of them are shuting down and being converted into corporate housing, mid term rentals, or furnished long term rentals.

Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).

Also, if it's in an HOA, you need to find out the dues so that they don't put a lien for nonpayment.
