These are the back-bone workers  that won't see wild fluctuations in their income or employment.

They vary wildly and can be expensive.If the condo complex is non-warrantable meaning FHA or Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac won't lend there, you have a problem.

Very nice young lady. location is right in between both her jobs.

Originally the property was a restaurant but the birth mom rented it out 20 years ago to a lady who converted it to a store.

A lady is wanting to sell her property and I have been contacted by someone who is interested.

It was an older lady who owned the house so I don't think she ever went through the trouble of fixing anything cosmetic.
