The problem with that is it'll be harder for the residents and the vendors to use the rentvine features as fewer people want to log in to a website from a smartphone.Also, it requires a lot of clicks/scrolling/opening new pages/tabs to get to where you want.

If you have a proper operating agreement you can leverage to create yours then I'd recommend just setting up your LLC yourself through your State's secretary of state website.

Lease clearly stated no illegal business and I'm pretty sure he won't be able to pay rent without the additional cashflow he had coming in.Tenant actually put the house address on a website for rub & tugs (rubmaps.ch)- that we are trying to get removed.
