I've had more folks than you think in your same position who look to cut cost with the wrong professionals and then regret it.

It sounds like WREIN was a huge waste of money for you.

If they wont look then its a waste of time all the basic info is on our website..

Over time, they raised prices, cut the lead amounts, and had their Internal telemarketing team make the first contact and then tried to "warm connect" us.

I strongly  encourage to share this information  and write an email and letter to as many state representatives and the governor to veto this bill or reverse  it.AB 2424 (Schiavo) lender does not benefit they only get what they are owed including all fee's etc.. benefit will be next in line and or the owner who lost it.. this will also cut down on the collusion that takes place at trustee sales. 

But maybe I have to cut my losses.  

Treasury notes increasing have already erased the very short-lived drop in rates and now they are even higher than before the FED cut. 

I cut costs,  maximized efficiencies, raised rents accordingly (that alone will increase my cash flow this year by about $1,000 per month); and streamlined landscaping/pest control/rehab work and on. 

This is why installers usually use "Turn Boards" (smaller cuts of material to space out the butt jojts of thr material".

It felt like a waste of time and money.
