What is the property worth (minus the land) and separately what would it cost to rebuild? 

I highly encourage everyone to view the property before putting money down, but that's not ideal for many of them, so I do allow them to rent "sight unseen," but I am very open with them to ensure they don't show up and back out.1.

I knew the property was worth way more than that.

My wife and I spent 3 days prior narrowing down the list of properties to parcels that were worth bidding on.
