Too many people get stuck in analysis by paralysis and then before they know it it's been 5 years and they are in the same spot Do you think my age will impact my authority as a landlord?

Of the conversations I have had with people discussing hard money lending, some seemed opinionated in that the high interest rates and terms were enough to scare them off.

How would you like to be a tenant waiting on a repair because the owner wants 3 bids for everything and not only will that delay the repairs, but you'll have 3 people coming through your home everytime you make a maintenance request?

(YAY - I love people becoming biz owners).   

We have more people than I can count doing behind the scenes work to make it all run, hundreds upon hundreds of people and vendors.

I'm hoping things move a little more quickly once things go vertical as I heard getting slab poured is the longest wait but I'm assuming there is a labor/material shortage in general in the area so wasn't sure of people's timelines once slab has been poured?

This will show you that people have options to go out and pick another house over your place. 

I think it's fair to say that for some people, reading can essentially be another form of procrastination, just like social media and TV. 

People's brains will explode.

I think when you start you need to make sure you work with people who are reliable.
