I agree with the earlier posted advice of narrowing to a few cities and then digging deep to uncover the one you believe in the most. 

I'd uncover the window and finish the siding job most likely.I didn't know you needed a permit for siding. 

We called again and finally got the right doc with the right numbers.She also sent lender info to the wife of our lender team but not the husband, she sent docs to my partner and not to me and listed our lender as the "Assistant" in the web portal by accident.Personally, we've had a lot of laughs when the number of times we call, the odd little errors we uncover and the way she addresses us on the phone borders on the absurd.

Years ago, I believed it myself, and some serious digging might even uncover an ancient video where I said so.

Sonic Runs - ordering food for the team, letting them eat free (after residents have been fed at mealtimes of course), letting them know you appreciate them for the little things small gifts here and there when appropriate, having an open door etc. 

No loose wires, uncovered boxes, loose light fixtures, cracked plates.
