This is true for any investment property.

if its a true condo you only buying the airspace.. so any defects in constructin the HOA has to pay to fix.. so the ceiling work should be on them. 

Some people may think it is those with below market rents but i question if this is true as these tenants will now get max allowed rent increases Would they have gotten such large rent increases in the absence of rent control.

But realized there's no perfect timing unless you are already in the game).

Hopefully, 2025 will reward us all who have stayed in the game.
