If I were to purchase a property with a vacation home loan would I be able to move it to the LLC without triggering the due-on-sale clause?   

I can be a bit of a gambler, and I'm accustomed to just pulling the trigger and either succeeding or learning from empirical data, but I feel like I'm handcuffed for the near future.In any case, I'm just here to dump some of my crazy into the world and see what conversations spark up.

Anyway, if it’s murkier than that, and there are circumstances that trigger some sort of non-compliance zoning/code issues, then you’re at whatever the hell process they say, and you better follow it through, cuz they have the law on their side if that’s the case.
