The Triad and Triangle are only an hour away on a good day which makes them perfect complimentary markets.

@Tracy WangThe moon and Bermuda triangle, it's still cheap there and lots of value add potential.In all seriousness it depends on what you want but I'd focus on the Midwest and cities that have allot of investment going on.

My current area of focus is the Triangle area in North Carolina.
