I am a 25 year Real Estate agent in SoCal (mostly residential however venturing more into commercial; and getting back into investing in other states as well, which will be my next post) I have tried quite a few lead services and while some may do better in other areas of the country , most seem to a flop in this area, of those tried HouseJet, Reaology, USHud and Realty Bargains( Realty Bargains was the best however they kept sending me mostly investors who's matrix would not pencil in the areas I serve)  I am doing my best to figure out social marketing, my views/impressions are good however that has not turned into transactions as of yet; So I am on the hunt for a 3rd party lead co with quality Seller leads.

This is now a separate business and needs to be operated that way otherwise it serves no purpose at all.

It was about staying in contact with someone who I had already known for years, and serving them on their timeline and on their terms.

Contruction is about half way done on I43 and I41 and the areas served by improved access will likely see an increase in value and populatiry.

With a month-to-month lease, a Landlord can serve a notice of change in terms of tenancy and modify just about any lease term, such as passing the cost of internet on to the tenant.  

If you're financing residential rental property (anything 1-4 units), you're best served with a mortgage broker or non-bank lender. 

I have done projects where I would have been well served to have an architect (but I cut corners).

I have a question regarding the address for an LLC my wife and I just launched to serve as the property management company of our current and future homes.We are preparing to rent our current home to our first tenant and move into a new home.
