I think the answer to your question lies in your talents and likes or dislikes in projects.

IMO becoming rich requires three things: Luck, Hard Work, and a certain innate Talent within your chosen field.

Possess a rare talent for building furniture out of old pizza boxes and empty beer cans, and3.

The company is run by top industry veterans so there's a lot of talent at the top.

I am not sure how they manage to do so little with so much talent some years.

My suspicion is that they'll be better given the talent coming in and the new coaches and they should be able to beat BYU at home.
