This is not a common niche for an agent so it is always good to find an agent who specializes in this to help you get offers accepted.Does your lender call the listing agent to connect on each for your offers to vouch for the strength of your offer and give you a fighting chance against multiple other offers?

It's less about the borrowing rate cost of the money for the lender but the risk they assess to the loan itself based on strength of borrower, credit of the tenant, length of lease term, location, etc.
