I don't want Government Sponsored Entities to begin with....never mind, ones that are trying to do a function that they are not equipped to handle.

When I visit sites that provide me with valuable information I always visit their sponsors and advertisers to help support them.

Thats for you to decide; what i want to point out is the fact that no matter who you elect they will collect your taxes, republicans or democrats it doesn't matter; its just what they want to spend the money on; and trust me both parties will spend your money.If anyone on this board thinks that more laws similar to NAFA and other free trade agreements are not going to pass just check the bills in congress and see that they are sponsored by both democrats, republicans, independents, or whatever else they choose to call themselves.

I mentioned the banks always lose when they enter fixed contracts, so they want to balance their exposure immediately.FNMA & FHLMC were sponsored by the government to securitize mortgages and sell them on a secondary market - the purpose being to loosen/increase the cash flows available to banks for lending.

Without a brokerage to sponsor you can not even view listings for realtors but alone selling or buying properties. 80% drop out of real estate business 1st year because they have low production or no production.

Assuming one of the deals go under contract, I will act as the sponsor and syndicate the transaction for the down payment and repairs under market terms.This may be a dumb question, but I'm wondering whether there is a tool that syndicators use to keep track of investor contributions, ownership interests in the deal, Sponsor distributions to investors, or just to play around with different scenarios? 

Does anyone know anything about sponsoring core deals or know someone who sponsors these kind of deals.
