now to rent a Cirrus like mine is 200 an hour dry   LOL.. so its pretty much 500 buck a roo's every time you take it for a spin..

Not having buyers lined up; if you don't know what will move quickly and have a place to take your "inventory" you can be spinning your wheels.

If he continues to spin on the details tell him you believe he's being dishonest and unethical and you want out of the contract.
