@Michael Vallee @Darwin Crawford I ended up going with a guy named Bill Morin at VIP Mortgage in Scottsdale.  

Currently we have six conventional mortgage slots taken, so we are hoping to add a new property each year for the next four years and then our primary should be paid off giving us another slot. 

As to their computer updates, on two of the four calls I was on, the reps informed me that they couldn't access the necessary information becuase their systems were down.Also, thanks for informing me of the likeliness that I would be wasting my time reaching VIPs at the company.

So you want to setup 1 or 2 time slots and tell everyone who's responded to your ads to come to 1 or the other.Once you start taking applications make sure you run a complete background check.

Nancy, I do go to pick up the coins, I just hate the unscheduled stuff when the slots jam up.  

That pays for my coordinating with the cleaner to ensure we're on the beginning of their route for the day in question vs an unknown slot... and I let the guest know that means they can get in 3 hours earlier than normal time. 

Concrete offices open at 6:30 and if you haven't called by 7:30 all the slots 3 days out are taken.
