I am trying to sift out the slag and retain the golden nuggets. 

I've gotten WAY more leads off the non offer letters but there's a lot of sifting and calling back and negotiating to get the same number of deals from just putting an offer in the letters.

Have some faith in the process, if you consistently get your name out there and what exactly you're interested in, folks WILL find you, and at that point, it's up to you to do your due diligence, analysis, and sift through to find those great deals.

When you have looked at 100 properties, you will be able to sift through the fluff and spot a deal worth pursuing.

My first property (3/2) is ready to rent and I am sifting through applicants.

One suggestion was that the soil will have to be sifted (that sounds like a crazy amount of work), another was to have the soil turned over and another was to get new soil (this would be a prohibitive amount of soil.

With that, Raleigh still presents opportunity for those willing to sift through and put in the work.

Just by posting your need here you are likely to have your inbox filled with messages to sift through and many of them really won't know what they are doing.

It's all about speed to lead.Internet works as well but you need to spend money driving traffic and again you have to respond to leads very quickly and answer the phone.Facebook can work and its cheap but you have to sift through a lot of garbage.Wholesalers are good but you need to be clear with them what you're looking for and you will be sifting through a lot of junk.Networking is very effective as well.

Then once a day, or every other day, I sift through the calls and prioritize callers.
