I've gotten WAY more leads off the non offer letters but there's a lot of sifting and calling back and negotiating to get the same number of deals from just putting an offer in the letters.

Have some faith in the process, if you consistently get your name out there and what exactly you're interested in, folks WILL find you, and at that point, it's up to you to do your due diligence, analysis, and sift through to find those great deals.

It's all about speed to lead.Internet works as well but you need to spend money driving traffic and again you have to respond to leads very quickly and answer the phone.Facebook can work and its cheap but you have to sift through a lot of garbage.Wholesalers are good but you need to be clear with them what you're looking for and you will be sifting through a lot of junk.Networking is very effective as well.
