If I were one of your siblings, I would get an appraisal or use the most current appraisal and ask you to pay their shares before assuming the property.

Its sibling property that does have more improvements is quoting 339k (10k price cut last month). 

If the plan is that he wants you (your siblings) to inherit this property, then he should make sure all that planning is done well and correctly.

if yes, do they plan to continue living in the house.Personally, I think its a ****** idea.You can't get into real estate on your own and you would be asking for an approximate $100,000 loan from your parents.If there are siblings involved, they may give you the raised eyebrow on what you are doing with potentially their inheritance.

I do have siblings, but they don’t seem interested in doing anything with the property. 

I recommend setting up an LLC with all siblings holding an equal share but one of you assigned as a Manager.

I would not want a partner unless it is spouse or sibling, just my two cents.
