A bird in hand is worth two in the bush style. :-) In summary, AI is not a replacement for traditional methods, but rather a powerful tool to complement and enhance them.

Some of these might be too small for an STR, but the immersion blender, toaster, and hand mixer would work in most.

Although we absolutely must do our comps for ARV and handle the Subs with an iron hand and blah, blah, blah....but a lot of this game is pure dumb luck.
