I have it narrowed down to two agents, one has more general experience in the area and are part of a large organization.  

If talking to another wholesaler, ask them questions and see if they are willing to help you from their knowledge and experience.

Maybe they bring the experience and provide the funds.I don't like any of your options based on I think you are too new to investing in real estate to take on any of those.
