The gas bill for that 75 gall ran $95/month during the summer & $135/mo during the winters on the 'hot' setting.I inherited tandem in-series 50 gall HW tanks in a SFH that will be replaced soon, (they must have enjoyed their Jacuzzi nights). 

So many questions come to mind such as whether each property should be in its own trust and whether the beneficiary of each property should be its own series in an LLC.

I formed a series LLC to buy the houses, and have those both rented and managed by a property manager.

Ie, it sounds like it would work to create a multi-member LLC with myself as the managing partner to manage an asset for an immediate family member, no need to have a series LLC?
