., new renovation, outdoor space, free parking, in unit laundry, extra storage, utilities included in rent.   

It's been great, but our family is growing and could use more space.

Unfortunately, the pandemic pulled the rug right out from under us as we were in the middle of the application process with Visio.

I believe that the spaces I am looking at would rent for $25-$30 per sqft.

I am hoping to find a single family home that I can "BRSTRHHRR" (buy, reno, Short term rent|House Hack, refinance, repeat) by creating a separate living space in a single family home that can be STRed (this is due to local restrictions in my town that prevent STR in multifamily properties). 

They are asking to see the space so they don't wind up jumping from the frying pan to the fire.

Reviews from others are very helpful in navigating the space, however think of it like any other business you've heard good things about.
