Scottsdale is a popular place for STR's, East Valley (Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler) is always growing.

I am in the Phoenix area, called the Valley Of The Sun for a good reason.

He went down there for weeks at a time during construction and he basically ended up with a substandard house that a river all but washed away after a big storm.
