I’m curious, what do you think are the long-term prospects for Austin—especially with the tech industry’s presence?

That just does not happen.. and again I think i mentioned that I have never seen that sure name in Title and Escrow industry in all my 50 years of doing this its just not a business they are in..

I came from the Construction Management industry and my ego lied to me.

One thing I'd think about is that some of the retail products which do this seem to be useable in a 1031 exchange and some not, so I'd keep that in mind when selecting what to invest in, if 1031 exchange is part of your strategy.

I currently work in the restaurant industry and a multi-unit manager so data analysis is in my blood.   

I'm new to the real estate industry and the seller financing option is attractive because I see the option to purchase an investment property with a downpayment smaller than 20%. 

Most real estate investment and finance companies are hardbarred industries - only service-based businesses like financial planner firms and RE brokerages are allowed. 

Now I do industrial work and flip by myself.
