Just keep in mind that using that emergency fund to buy your next property and having tapped a HELOC already may leave you in a bad spot if you run into a similar problem again.Also, I’m not 100% sure, but I have heard that personal loans don’t your credit more so than other types of debt so be sure you look into that if you go the personal loans route and then planned to finance your next purchase soon after.

I think Google is pretty sensitive to remove the images of people and you could start by requesting that Google remove the photo since it is likely that it depicts your tenants (whether it actually does or doesn't) and see if they will do it.I had not looked but I now see the bigger problem and that is that your Zillow listing shows the same thing.

I can see the angle they're going for but, no, it's not against fair housing.Your PM is most likely looking to get paid and/or their own attorney is also looking to get paid.Regardless of when your PMA is expiring, you should be able to request them to close the case.
