I would post these about 2-3 days a week, with at least a day in between, religiously when I first started.

Have been religiously listening to the BP Podcasts to and from work everyday (thanks @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin), and "lurking" on the forums for the past 12 months - today marks the day that I officially join the BP forums :) A little about myself - born and raised in LA/OC, hoping to achieve financial independence through passive income generated with buy and hold rental real estate.

I've been rushing like mad to get it listed, furnished, etc. for the upcoming Coachella Festival.  

It is also a very family based area that I think would book during holidays, festivals, etc. 

not sure if this is a success story yet , hahaha . this is another hoarder house i purchased , the estate said it had 30,000 books in it , but after donating almost 14,000 we have not made a dent . i did get a nice donation write off though . found an 1653 religious book , maybe 15-20 old bibles from 1800's , about 200 Luis La'mour , and too many ufo books to count ( literally 8,000 or more ) also had to throw out 4,000 vhs tapes , nobody wanted them .

I wasn't feeling well so didn't attend the festivities - it sounds like it was a great time!
