They (HOA manager, HOA president, and HOA attorney) inform me that there's a super lien on the property and that I have to pay it.Of course I pulled an O&E before purchase and there was only the mortgage lien (foreclosing lien) on the property. 

@Brett Deas  The issue with furnished finder we have is the radius of the searches and the data it pulls in for stats as well as matches for the property. 

Just make sure you have a real investment plan laid out because it doesn't benefit you to pull the trigger just to end up losing money every month or losing the property because the numbers don't work.

Now I did refi a few to pull money out to help my growth along the way.But essentially I turned a 43k heloc into a portfolio that, had I not sold any properties would have been worth well over 16million dollars with loans of close to 7million.

Doing that will get you a couple of touch points that will bring you back to investing and be that little push to whatever “pull” brought you back to REI and BiggerPockets! 

A level 1 charger will pull 40 amps, level 2 85.

I think this stuff needs to be redesigned or pulled from the market if this is how it is (not) performing.

I have been able to pull up info on Price to rent ratio but not Rent to Price.

Just haven't pulled the trigger yet on any one course.
