I have just over $200K left of owner-financing, but I'd like to obtain a cash-out mortgage/loan of $500K (ideally) to be able to pay off the previous owner and make some repairs, etc. 

If you have the depth for an inside mount, I'd go that route with curtains, as mentioned previously. 

The previous owner had paid $335,000 for it 2 years before for a 2bd/1ba home!

Previous spec home from the builder with nearly identical floor plan was sold as 2BR, but lists on AirBnB as 3BR.

as i stated in a previous post, if you want immediate growth, you're best off in a savings account.Half of the reason is because I understand property value and profitability and not settling for less.

It has approximately $200,000 in equity and currently cash flows about $1500/mo ( we split this cash flow and equity 50/50 with my mother that is my business partner).We have 3 kids and the oldest is about to go to UTK for college.

But I had seen a previous post in 2019 i believe about investing in this fund on here.
