Before picking out land, there are a few questions that I have that I would love to get some insight...

After spending the past two years learning the ins and outs of underwriting and analyzing deals, I’m ready to take the next step and acquire my first multifamily property (20+ units).I’m looking to connect with like-minded investors who are interested in partnering on this journey.

For example, more downpayment means less interest rate regardless or whatever loan.I am trying to see what sort of action I can take right now so I can plan detailed and measured steps to my goal.

Does anyone have any insight for the next steps.
