If it is a heavy rehab you'll need experience to get a fix n flip loan on it.What kind if real estate exp do you bring?

Because the chances of successfully concluding a wholesale transaction when you lack experience, knowledge and capital are so infinitesimally small that you’d be better off playing the lottery.  

Currently,I don't have any experience in RE investing but highly motivated to start it asap.

However, for the right situation and learning experience I would not rule it out. 

Credit Unions are pretty great, as in my experience, commercial loan renewals tend to be automatic.

I manage around 400 rentals with 14 years of experience and have never been sued once.

I have an appointment with a lawyer, but id love to talk to anyone that has had experience of converting in the past in Hoboken.

(particularly true for single family homes)  Tom and Aaron may have different experiences.  

Does anyone have any experience with any of these platforms?

This consist of having a good agent preferably one that works with and has investor experience.
