But, we persevere and move forward.

Most important, you will need perseverance.

Everyone thinks highly of themselves, but feel have the tenacity and the ability to persevere despite setbacks.W-2 from a good education is a safe way to start but what level of risk are you willing to take?

My earlier post was mostly to show that it's unlikely to get to the OP's goal by purchasing 13% COC properties. 20% COC would get him there and if he is willing to do BRRR he can even surpass his goal, but it will certainly need a lot of work, collaboration, and perseverance.  

But in the end, after much persistence, perseverance and some dumb luck I'm sure, we closed on our first larger multifamily (26 units) last Friday, from 2000 miles away!

We basically try to mitigate our personal stress as much as possible while overseeing the properties with full diligence.In a nutshell, I would say perseverance paid off. 

All your hard work and perseverance paid off, can't wait to see the pictures!!
