This is a cold, and harsh world, and we're right at the start of it.

I'm 18 years old and eager to seize all the opportunity life sends my way.

And the tenants still lived there, they had just been putting old mattresses, broken furniture, and crud there for years.

My point being, having a reliable team here is a must.Dialing in on what class neighborhood and what kind of property you want is as key as your metrics, especially given that much of our housing stock is ~125 years old --- at least in the city.

It's working out great  It is a bit sad to see how our seasoned hosts who new hosts trust the most don't see the outside of the old way.

There isn't a 10 year old that cares about that...and parents would be happy that they are happy.   

You definitely can't just buy a building low down, do no work to it and keep old rents and expect to profit. 

In class c if rug is over 5 years old it probably needs replacing.
