I was driving by last month and noticed lot of construction happening in Bixby area.

However, I noticed that most homes in the neighborhood have vertical fences.Do you think it’s advisable to go with a horizontal design, or would it be better to stick with a vertical style to maintain consistency with the neighborhood aesthetic?

I tell them I’m starting the eviction process with a 3 day pay or quit notice on the 6th.

@Angel PengI have dealt with this in the past by first checking the lease, and if it is now month to month, I will give them notice that I am terminating the lease in, say, 60 days.

Hey guys,I need to skip trace some LLC / corporation and trust phone numbers, but noticed that REISkip only skip-traces individual persons.Does anyone know how I could get these numbers or if there's a website/service that can do this? 

Or is it enough to give the buyer/vendee multiple notices, terminating with, "If the defect is not cured by XXXX date, the contract will be considered terminated"?

They may be lazy or not care because they think no one notices and it ends up getting dealt with.
