There are holes in the sheetrock and ceiling, some doors have been broken, the AC condensor, blower motor, and breaker box all stripped bare so obviously I don't want to jump in with a significant balance outstanding on the house.What I have been able to determine: the previous owner had been there 15 years and I'm guessing I will owe most or all of the 2011 taxes (about $2.5 K)My rehab estimates are around $12K, taxable value is at 70K (with homestead exepmtion), recent flips (same nighborhood) have sold for 80-90K.

If they tell you that you need a new motor, and show you the data breakdown of when each piston fully compresses and the PSI, will you know how to interpret that data or will simply feel more justified in replacing your motor for $8k?

we used Lexus in our lending business.. mainly for fraud detection.. although at least for the product we had .you needed a brick and motor and you needed to be a licensed lender.. and I think licensed PI's can get it as well.It did not seem you could just come in off the street and get the subscription. at least the product we had.
