The new house would have in-floor heat and a piggy backed combi-coil for potable water....a very efficient system. cabinets are all straight with no bends so counter tops are dead simple and cheap.

I have cleaned behind and under every appliance, the dryer vents, AC coils, AC registers, and in other areas that had not been cleaned in a long time.

Also the ac coil can loose freon and freeze the coil letting the fan run and burning out the fan from overheating and maybe a fire.

Problems: Mold remediation took 2 weeks longer than expected, bulkhead needed 3k of repairs that were not accounted for, someone stole our metal gangway that connected floating dock with main deck, electricity via temporary pole in the yard because city of jacksonville inspectors would not go into the house with mold inside it.

Looking for advise on lender (private,crowfunding, or hard money) and types of loans that might fit my personal interestBarndo on 40 acres (Texas)I have paid out of pocket for the metal barndo shell ($72K) and need a loan to finance the rest of the project:septicH/ACelectricinsulationframing interior/sheetrockI am looking for a loan around $55,000 to $60,000Value of my finished home and land : $485 to $500KI have a loan on the land at $88k and  the value of it is $340kI had to put some of the project on credit cards so the loan I need is to finish out and pay off some of the construction on the credit cards.Any advise---my credit went down since putting some of the construction on credit cards

It's because the Empire grew too big and the Greedy Politicians needed more Money to keep Spending, so, they raised Taxes and Devalued their Currency by adding base metals to their Gold and Silver Coins until the population "woke" up to see that their Money was Worthless.
