If the intention was more transparency, then the lawsuit failed because taking the BAC out of the MLS is clearly less transparent, and doesn't solve the (non)issue of agents not showing properties that aren't offering BAC (I don't believe that was really happening but if they want to do that, they still can).

Are you intentionally looking to outsource the management and day to day operations to a management company versus self-managing? 

Personally, I've had success in Linden, Southern Orchards, South of Main, Driving Park, and Franklinton to name a few neighborhoods in Columbus. 

This has to do mainly with the timing of property tax payments for your own home (not for your investment properties) and your charitable donations.

I could complete the main road in phases, build 2-3 at a time (could do more really as we have 15 right now actively being built but realistically not sure how fast it’ll sell.
