My problem with this approach is that my target audience is only those searching for managers, which is only a very small percentage of Airbnb owners since most owners are convinced that managing the property themselves is most logical and profitable.My approach is to try to target those who don't think they need a manager, and to try to explain to them why it's worth considering.

Logically, I can’t imagine a tenant not paying or taking care of their unit... but we all know tenants aren’t always logical.

From a logic standpoint ( I know banks seldom use logic) they could sell to me for even 10 cents on the dollar or get nothing as all of the proceeds may get eaten up by the first lien holder.

Can someone explain a really good logical argument you use to persuade sellers that a lease option is good to do.
